The only thing I don't like is getting in, and out of them, lol!
I remember when I was a kid hearing dad say he wouldn't ever get a vette because getting in and out of it all the time would get old.  I thought he was nuts.   
now I understand.

grumpy, would you or anyone else happen to remember if there is any gear indication when selecting with the console shifter?  or is it supposed to line up with the gear your in and that's all?  no light like on the regals?

I have an 89 GTA and would think they are the same car minus the drive train.  There is no indication of what gear you have selected.  Just lines up next to the letter.  I may have mis-understood your post but my TR has a light that does move with the shifter

Does anyone have or can anyone point me in the direction of a chart with stock intake and exhaust CFM numbers?  I am sitting here at work pondering the gains of the a particular aluminum head.  I have a copy of it's flow numbers at varying stages of lift but I can't locate anything on a stock head.  Wouldn't it  be nice to have my own flow bench.....

This may sound a bit out of the box but there is a phrase used in the avaition community called "design eye point."  Basically, it means that after sitting in the cockpit, you adjust the seat until you can see everything that your suppose to see without undo strain on the body. 
I just can't get comfortable when cruising in my Buick.  It did help when I replaced the seat cushions.  Those cushions raised the sitting height about an inch or so but now I feel like my head is going through the roof and laying the seat back doesn't make it.... well.. I just don't sit like that when driving any car.

Recently purchased a complete engine.  Let me know what you still need after you find out what's still missing.  I have a complete engine harness to include ECM, injector harness, fuel rail with injectors, fuel lines, all accessory brackets and pulleys, stock headers, A/C lines and tensioner.  About the only thing that I didn't get with the engine was the dog house and throttle body.  Let me know

Big shout out to all the folks I met at little river this last weekend.  Most fun I've had in a long time.


Charlie, was a bit busy today to get through all my required reading but I'll get to it.  Expect a call later this week to confirm my parts list.
