Title: OTC 4000E
Post by: Recap on June 20 2017, 11:45:49 PM: Found one locally on Craigslist for $75. I already have a Scaaster II. Would this be worth picking up? Not familiar with the capabilities of this unit so unsure if this would be of any further benefit. I have had my GN for 20 years and have not needed it! Did I just answer my own question? LOL
