Decoding Help-Pic Included

Where can I decode this? Specifically, is there any way of telling if it had a digital or analog dash.

Thanks Dave. This is this time capsule from the 90's. Someone made a mess of trying to swap in a GNX lookalike dash. The mechanic wants to go back to stock.
