No, I've been posting stuff I've had bookmarked for awhile. I've got the ATR 3" dual SS with Pitbulls...so I think I'm okay. :)

If I'm reading that right, Flowmaster owns the shitty muffler market.

Unfortunately this is old data; there are so many new mufflers on the market that work as well or better for the money.

There is always a trade off in flow vs. power vs. sound.

I used to sell some Chinese flowmaster knock offs called flowsound. I thought the worked at least as well as the flowmaster. I'm still running the stock crossflow. I do have a dump. It is worth a tenth or two when you open it. And the sound is real cool too according to my son. I hope for a stainless system One of these days.

I've been trying to order the RJC setup for months, they havent been able to get someone to bend the tubes I guess.


now that you mention it, its about time I call and see how they are coming with that.


I'm really close to fabbing my own with a dynomax vt 3" feeding into a stock location crossover. Since the crossover muffler is long gone on my car, can someone show pics of the mounting used by the stock muffler? I've searched all over and found nothing.


So far I have my "test pipe" which is a ATR pitbull with a catalyst flange welded to it, and I have a piece of an ATR 3" single shot that I'll run to the dynomax VT, then I need to fab mounts for the stock location, and pipes to get over the axle.

The custom 4" system on my car with a huge Magnaflow sounds about as good as you can get for such a large tube; like boat idling in the water.
