The A/C blower module / Resister took a dump and the only replacement that i find is at Caspers for $251.89.
Is it worth buying it not knowing the condition of the rest of the system? NOT talking about fan motors or AC compressor, I am concerned about the rest of the Specific Electronic parts to this type of HVAC system.
The heater functioned fine over the winter just not sure if that reflects on the AC side functions.
Thanks for your help.

I was going to feel insulted until i remembered all of shit i've done to my car.
1- one inch copper for my top radiator hose
2- 1/2 inch copper for my power steering return line.
3- 3 inch pvc for my intake pipe
4- 2 inch pvc for my catch can.

Just spoke to one buddy and he said there was a guy in the city that rebuilds them.  He got him to do the one on his GN.

At least we know where to send them. :)

I had 2 welded & they both broke with installation so I vote No!  :068:

Would freeing up the tube in the broken ear help in not breaking it again ?
just about every one that i have seen broken has the pin crushed and the nut sitting on the body.
mine has been broken for a very long time, i have been contemplating on having it welded, IF i do get it welded i WILL loosen the pin some how  (but not too much) in hopes of not breaking it again.

My current main issue is the exhaust, I have a SS -3 in DP and my local shop doesn't weld in SS. So I have to line up the DP to the rest of the exhaust mark it then remove it and have the V- band clamp welded to the DP , and the other part of the v- band to the intermediate pipe.

I also have to install new motor mounts and trying to decide between OE replacements and HRs   the main reason for the motor mounts Is that I think that the engine is sitting too low and thats why the OE intercooler is sitting on the sway bar.

I must be the slowest moving bastard on the planet.
How long have you been working on it now David?

Not long, all i have done is let run until the fan cycles once a month every month for the last few years.

I have seriously lost interest in cars since the day i got my 2 wheeled bitch, and now that the 2 wheeled bitch is running great -- What car??????

the one thing i can't seem to stop doing is buying parts for the cars, yes the brown truck is still delivering parts to my house for cars that i haven't touched in months. what the fuck is wrong with me?????
