If you want to know what's inside and see some pump ring carnage. You betr have some spare time as it is 25 pages long. Oh, ya gotta join to see the pix. I did. I think it was worth the time if tou have wondered what's in side. I think he went over board with the roller bearings but I guess it doesnt hurt.
