Car stared to stumble at idle and sometime shuts off, and also hard to start. all scan readings look fine except for battery voltage. so I know its the problem. I turned the key on and the volts on scan master go from 11v to 0v back and forth. gave the ECU panel a slap and it stopped. maybe time to replace the ECU pigtails :( . once I get the car started and its stays running everything is fine. I have checked the battery cables and lines at the alternator,

Did you try putting a meter right on the battery and then turn key to see if voltage drops ?
-
that's what you get for taking a picture of girls that call your car a Monty.
If the battery voltage stays constant, check the orange wire off the battery connector.
Then check the same wire at the ecm connector....i t's C16 at the end of the larger connector on the ecm.

You running a power logger? Maybe see how it behaves without?

Lol Steve I didn’t take those pictures that would get me in trouble.
Pull the ECM and wiggled every wire and all seems fine.

I thought you were being pretty bold to post those and then go home! LOL...it's always good to look at the contacts on both sides of the connectors to be sure they don't have any green stuff growing on them...maybe replugging them cured the problem
