It's low mileage and in good shape. If you're got the room get it and then you have a running spare you can put in if you blow something up.

And.. the transmission in the 87 T has never worked right - won't shift at WOT, slips like crazy. I am talking to him, and he says there's only 3k on the trans since rebuild. So - I would either need to get the existing trans rebuilt, or use this one.

I added up just the turbo, converter, heads and injectors - used they are worth ~1k together, if not more. I could put the 60's in the 87 T. I doubt I would use the turbo or converter. I don't think I will put the heads on the GN motor.Looks like it has a heated O2 - Not sure I have a use for it though.

I could use the headers and turbo shield on the new motor, and other miscellaneous pieces.

I am probably going to buy it, it looks like I have done a good job talking myself into it.

I would check the bearings and timing chain...might be 216,000
