Side marks lights on front fenders and rear quarters.

On a side note big block first Gen camaros had the rear tail light panel painted black from the factory. And when equipped with the rally sport option the reverse lights were below the bumper instead of incorporated in with the tail lights.

Not sure on exact for seat belts but my dad paid extra to have them in the 68suburban he ordered when I arrived to the world so it was after that .

As far as alternators all the vehicles I have owned have been 1970 or newer so it was before that.

I don't really know without looking it up.  I had a 60's VW w genny  and then my
first GM was 69 skylark that had an alternator. '72 cutlass still had external reg.
I was a broke student and used my thumb and a switch to regulated till I got paid and could buy a new one.

I think the gen- alt change was 63 and 64.

Signal lights were required on any vehicle manufactured on or after  Jan 1 1958.
