My friend,. Steve Yaklin, will want that.  He was trying to buy a Cat but got mad at the dealer and got his deposit back.   Now he has come to his senses and is not looking anymore

Maybe you should let him know that there is more than one dealer selling hellcats. Though he might have to travel to get to it. But with a purchase of that magnitude, he might be able to convince them to bring it out to him for a test drive.

He looked all over the place but I think all he could find was manual trannies which, I believe, have been discontinued due to breakage.  He was on several waiting lists and tried to buy a couple of used ones, but they were snapped up at higher prices than the factory prices.   The waiting list is such that the factory will not take any more orders due to the inability to meet the current orders and no one knows when they may offer 2016 models altho I read one article said it would be some time next year.

Any way, he got his deposit back when the dealer refused to put in writing that he was number one even tho the salesman said he was.  Now, it matters not, because he has convinced himself that he will just keep working on his current ar that runs well into the elevens on a 426 engine.

Come on, Chrysler said they would not be selling them for more!  I don't know how many people told me they were sticking behind that comment.
