Talia (now a year old) and I were playing with the growing Hot Wheels collection after dinner last night.  Tatiana insisted that they were "cars", not "toys".

Enjoy em while they are young.

it goes fast

This little one in the first pic is the bigger one in the second pic. She is engaged to be married and due to graduate college in DEC. Our son will be twenty in a few months. They grow up fast.

TBSS looks very nice. Ive been kinda looking for one but I haven't found one in the budget.

Can't they be both?

Awesome moustache!  Believe me I am soaking up as much of them as I can.

When we were launching them off the kitchen table into a bucket like skee balls with her motorized racetrack they definitely were toys.

Three out of our four loved small cars. We have several 18 gallon Rubbermaid totes full of cars and related toys saved up for some grand kids. The tore up stuff got pitched, buried or just given away. I know I spent an inordinate amount of my life goofing with little cars.

Natasha came home with three more Hot Wheels last night; the sad part is I have about 100 unopened ones in a bin in the basement.  I am unsure how we are going to store them once opened?

Between the Power Wheels Corvette, RC cars, carts and big wheels, Hot Wheels etc.  I feel we are getting over-run. Ha!

There will never be a situation where there are too many toys!

X2 on never too many. I have at least six or seven of those 18 gallon Rubbermaid tubs full of unopend hotwheels size cars and some 1:18 scale cars and other car related goodies. My wife gets bent when i buy more . I picked up a couple 71 yellow GSX cars the other day. I'll probably be giving them out to the grandkids one of these days.

We got a new kitten for Talia's first birthday.

Princess Diana of Themyscira (aka. Wonder Woman).

Our other cat's name is Princess Adora (aka. She-Ra)... yes, we are huge nerds in this house.

Our cat's name is Temper.  She is a killer and lives outside.  You can imagine how she got that name. She will hide behind the retaining wall jump 4 feet in the air and snatch birds out of the bird bath
